Guest Speaker was Dan Fogel, President of the University of Vermont.

The Annual Business Award was presented to Northwest Occupational Health

for their Outstanding Commitment to Franklin County

and the

Outstanding Community Service Award was presented to Mr. Ken Kaye

for his Outstanding Service to Franklin County
