The Georgia Dairy Industrial Park is located in Georgia, Vermont one mile from exit 18 of Interstate 89. The park consists of approximately 70 acres/currently there are two lots remaining 3 acres and 4.8 acres. These lots front onto a town road within the park. Presently, PBM Simport, Vermont Fasteners, and MED Associates are located in this industrial park.

Distribution lines in the area of the Georgia Dairy Industrial Park are operated at 12,470 volts. Lines serving the area are fed from the Georgia sub-station located on the Ballard Road. There is a 10-Mva transformer at this sub-station. General service at secondary voltage is available in this area. Those customers served under Primary Service Rate 4 own and operate their primary voltage transformers and associated facilities. Primary Service Rate 4 reflects ownership of these facilities through lower pricing than general service or commercial rates. Large industrial customers, could purchase its power at a Transmission Rate 5 cost by installing their own substation and connecting it off the lines that presently serve PBM Simport. There is a connection fee for other customers who connect to this line. Transmission Service Rate 5 reflects ownership of these facilities through lower pricing than primary service.

The Park is also serviced by Vermont Gas Systems with natural gas.  Domestic sewage disposal for all lots in the Georgia Dairy Industrial Park is available on-site. However, each lot must be tested for its sewage disposal system. The soil throughout the park is deep and sandy with water tables that range from 10 to 30 feet deep. The lots at the rear of the park have the greatest capacity for disposal. Fire protection is provided to the park by a 10-inch fire main along the internal road. Each lot is equipped with an 8-inch valve connection to the main.

Several hydrants are also located along the road with the water being pumped by a 1,500 gallons-per-minute diesel fire pump. Domestic water supply is provided to the park by a 6-inch water main along the internal road. Each lot has a 4-inch valve connection to the main, and the water is treated to Vermont Water Quality Standards. The capacity of the domestic system is 240,000 gallons-per-day. The park road drainage flows to the stream or to sub-surface dry wells located in the park. The lot drainage is to be sub-surface, and the park plans to include drainage details to be used by each lot.
