St. Albans Town Industrial Park Expansion Update


Franklin County Industrial Development Corporation (FCIDC) recently completed the construction of infrastructure (Phase I) within their 93 acre St. Albans Town Industrial Park expansion. The $1.5 million construction project was completed by Wrights Excavating out of Franklin, Vermont. Financing for the project was made available by the Vermont Economic Development Authority. By completing this phase, FCIDC now has access to five lots which will be key to the recruitment of new business to Franklin County.
