On September 14th FCIDC was joined by Northern Tier Center for Health (NOTCH), Richford Economic Advancement Corporation(REAC), and Connie’s friends and family to dedicate a bench that was recently installed at the entrance to NOTCH in Richford at the Main Street Mill. FCIDC, NOTCH, and REAC wanted to pay tribute to Connie’s dedication to her community and Franklin County.
Connie passed away in August 2021 and is missed every day.
